Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain highest safety standards and promote a world-class safety culture.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardisation of procedures and policies.
• Enable 100% uptime for customer-supporting infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver operational excellence for AWS customers.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is planned and executed to the highest standards per AWS procedures.
• Oversee facility monitoring and supervision (via BMS, PMS, walkthrough).
• Contribute to build-out and retrofit delivery of Data Center infrastructure.
• Ability to respond to customer-impacting events on electrical or mechanical components.
• Review incident reports and provide management with trend analysis and action plans.
• Draft and maintain method statements, SOPs, emergency procedures, PM programs, and technical docs.
