Qualifications

• Mechanical/HVAC knowledge beneficial.
• German language proficiency (B2) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards and promote a safety culture.
• Drive continuous improvement of infrastructure procedures and policies.
• Ensure 100% uptime for customer infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance per AWS procedures.
• Monitor and supervise facility via BMS/PMS and walkthroughs.
• Support build-out and retrofit of data center infrastructure.
• Respond to events impacting electrical or mechanical components.
• Review incident reports and provide management updates with actions.
• Draft and maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
