Position Profile

The data center industry is rapidly changing, and we are leading the way to drive technological innovation at the physical layer! As the Data Center Systems Architect, you will work across our key internal stakeholders driving unified solutions across the Data Center segment. You will work across multiple disciplines to coordinate and drive technology innovation while collaborating directly with some of our largest customers.

• Create customized data center physical layer solutions tailored to various data center subsegments, including (but not limited to) Hyperscale, liquid cooling, and the modular edge.
• Drive system thinking and solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ideate solutions thinking during the customer journey for full data center solutions.
• Gather customer feedback for improvements, and articulate feedback to key internal stakeholders.
• Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction
• Drive the development and implementation process of a new/existing products and solutions involving departmental or cross-functional teams.

• Create customized data center physical layer solutions tailored to various data center subsegments, including (but not limited to) Hyperscale, liquid cooling, and the modular edge.
• Drive system thinking and solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ideate solutions thinking during the customer journey for full data center solutions.

Qualifications/Experience.

• Experience in data centers design and construction specifically Fiber Optics Electrical systems, Mechanical Cooling systems, Controls, Liquid cooling (Direct to Chip, 2 phase and immersion), practical onsite data center experience required.
• 10+ years specialized Industry experience, with proven ability to create customized data center physical layer solutions tailored to various data center subsegments.
• Experience with Product Design or Product Management with a working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall. Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Whitespace design- fiber, cooling, power, controls, and rack designs, with proven ability to write whitepaper and drive innovation.
• DMAIC experience for process improvement
• Demonstrated success working across boundaries in a global matrix organization driving collaboration between business groups.
• Executive level communication capabilities, with ability to clearly articulate abstract ideas.
• Proactive, consistently takes initiative Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 50%

The expected annual salary range for this role is $162,749.97- $238,699.96. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
