We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle ERP Systems Architect - Remote with a strong background in an overall ERP Domain (ERP, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HCM). This position is responsible for the strategic and technical design, development, and implementation of systems solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices. The candidate will also document system requirements, define scope and objectives, and create system specifications that drive system development and implementation. Utilizing your experience in systems design and Oracle ERP Fusion (AP, AR, Adv Collection, GL, CM, FA, Tax, Costing, and SFO), you will function as a liaison between IT and business. As a systems subject matter expert, you will configure system settings and options, plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing, and create specifications for systems to meet business requirements.






Your Impact




    Possesses in-depth knowledge of various IT technologies, including networking, servers, databases, cloud computing, and software development
  • Generate business process descriptions, storyboards, business process descriptions, use cases, user stories, scenarios and workflow analysis.
  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions, identifying risks and taking active approach to mitigate them.
  • Support end users by writing and maintaining user documentation and supporting training initiatives
  • Expresses recommendations based on client desires, product architecture, cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate across application and infrastructure teams to deliver solutions to complex mappings and business requirements.
  • Produce functional specifications and technical mapping documentation as required.
  • Actively contributes to ongoing process improvement.
  • Ensures SOX, HIPAA, and ITIL compliance considerations within the solutions.





Minimum Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or information systems or High School Diploma and 12 years of relevant experience
  • 10 years of related experience as a Business Analyst and Architect, preferably working with ERP applications and within the health care industry.
  • At least 10 years working with Oracle ERP applications.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms and vendors.
  • At least 2 years of experience with IT General Controls across legacy and ERP applications.

  • Deep understanding and experience working with and supporting ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial shared services across an organization.
  • Very strong understanding of software development methodologies, practices, and processes.
  • System integration experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills required.
  • Thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Possess strong oral and written communications skills in order to clearly and effectively guide design, development, testing, and implementation.
  • Proven Ability to facilitate meetings to elicit and discuss requirements and gather specifications. Additionally, document and publish meeting minutes, when required.
  • Full Exposure and experience with Software Development Life Cycle involvement, including planning, analysis, design, testing and implementation.
  • Understand the development lifecycle for application development and how project management processes & toolsets supports it.
  • Act with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships.
  • Keep the patient at the center of everything that you do, building lifelong trust.
  • Foster open collaboration and constructive dialogue with everyone around you.

Pay range of $135,000 to $200,000 annual salary + annual bonus: up to 10% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
