SitusAMC is on a Digital Transformation journey to strategize, implement, and automate end-to-end product delivery using turn-key technologies. We are seeking a Senior Engineer with a passion for programming and knowledge in Cloud technologies such as Terraform, AWS Services, Docker, Kubernetes, and familiarity with Git development. The engineer/Developer is expected to provide strategy and implement enterprise-scale automation for scalability, performance, security, and availability.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Work both as an individual contributor and a mentor within the Cloud development platform and SRE teams, focusing on developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code Automation.
2. Be highly skilled in Terraform components and recognized as an expert in Infrastructure as Code Automation pipelines.
3. Provision critical infrastructure components across multiple environments using Terraform integrated through Azure DevOps.
4. Develop tactical plans for IaC strategy and implementation for various software product maturity levels.
5. Mentor teammates on technical tools and processes.
6. Update management on project statuses regularly.
7. Apply AWS Well-Architected Framework best practices in decision-making.
8. Support the development of features using modern tools, focusing on building scalable, future-proof systems.
9. Architect and develop new components within AWS cloud technologies.
10. Share knowledge on cloud architecture, design patterns, and programming.
11. Establish cloud infrastructure design best practices and templates.
12. Collaborate with partners and contribute to design and architectural decisions.
13. Perform other activities as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including 1+ years in a senior role.
• Experience with automation related to infrastructure operations.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitOps methodologies.
• Expertise in provisioning AWS components using automation and best practices.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud components for application design.
• Terraform expertise in building Infrastructure as Code.
• Skilled in Azure DevOps development.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with generative AI technologies and frameworks.
• Ability to design and implement AI models and algorithms.
• Deep expertise in language models, embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector search.
• Strong experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Python, and ML/AI stacks.
• Familiarity with AWS services for AI/ML workflows and security compliance.

The annual salary range is $140,000 - $170,000, determined by interview, education, experience, skills, location, and market data. Additional benefits include PTO, holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K.
