Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations for data center construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and trade partners to maintain schedules.
• Develop and manage short- and long-term construction schedules, identifying delays.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate work execution.
• Monitor workmanship and enforce quality standards throughout the project.
• Lead coordination meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Resolve field issues, design clarifications, and construction conflicts with the team.
• Ensure compliance with codes, project specs, and contract requirements.
• Promote safety culture and regulatory compliance on site.

What You Will Do

• Direct daily field operations for commercial data center construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and trade partners to maintain project schedules.
• Develop and manage short term and long term construction schedules while proactively identifying potential delays.
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure work is executed accurately.
• Monitor workmanship throughout the project lifecycle and enforce established quality standards.
• Lead regular coordination meetings with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Partner with the project management team to resolve field issues, design clarifications, and construction conflicts.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, project specifications, and contract requirements.
• Promote and enforce a strong culture of jobsite safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain organized daily reports, progress documentation, inspections, and punch list activities.
• Verify completion of corrective actions and manage project closeout activities.
• Foster positive relationships with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership.

Successful candidates will bring
