Data Center Superintendent
Location: On site in Fayetteville, AR

What You Will Do
- Direct daily field operations for commercial data center construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and trade partners to maintain project schedules.
- Develop and manage short term and long term construction schedules while proactively identifying potential delays.
- Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure work is executed accurately.
- Monitor workmanship throughout the project lifecycle and enforce established quality standards.
- Lead regular coordination meetings with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- Partner with the project management team to resolve field issues, design clarifications, and construction conflicts.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes, project specifications, and contract requirements.
- Promote and enforce a strong culture of jobsite safety and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain organized daily reports, progress documentation, inspections, and punch list activities.
- Verify completion of corrective actions and manage project closeout activities.
- Foster positive relationships with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
Successful candidates will bring
- Commercial construction experience with the ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and vendors.
- Experience leading field operations for complex commercial or mission critical construction projects.
- Strong blueprint reading, scheduling, quality control, and job site management skills.
- Knowledge of multiple construction trades and commercial construction practices.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook.
- Ability to read construction documents, safety procedures, technical manuals, and prepare reports and correspondence.
- Strong problem solving, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize competing responsibilities while maintaining schedule, safety, and quality objectives.
- Experience building collaborative relationships across project teams and field personnel.
