Job summary

Riverside Technologies Inc. is seeking a Data Center Solutions Engineer/Technician to support account managers and sales with data center infrastructure, storage, virtualization, hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, AI infrastructure, and data protection solutions.

You will design architectures, create BOMs, and deliver technical briefings and POCs while staying current with certifications. The role involves up to 50% travel and onsite/remote support for diverse customer environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 1 year in field service support handling hardware and networking equipment.
• 3+ years in network architecture and deployment is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote hardware and networking support for customers’ networks, routers, switches, and servers.
• Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand requirements and objectives.
• Design and implement solution architectures for virtualization, hybrid cloud, and data center projects.
• Deliver executive presentations, demos, POCs, and technical briefings.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customer IT leadership and executives.
• Maintain current technical certifications and travel up to 50% as needed.
