Job summary

Riverside Technologies Inc seeks a Data Center Solutions Engineer/Technician to support account managers and drive data center infrastructure initiatives. You will design architectures for virtualization, storage, hybrid cloud, and cybersecurity while delivering technical briefings and POCs.

The role requires building trusted advisor relationships with IT leadership, preparing BOMs, and traveling up to 50% as needed. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in network deployment are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 1 year in field service support handling hardware and networking.
• 3+ years in network architecture and deployment is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and/or remote client support for networks, routers, switches, and servers.
• Conduct customer discovery to understand requirements and objectives.
• Design and implement solution architectures for virtualization, backup, hybrid cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Create technical designs, BOMs, scopes of work, and supporting docs.
• Deliver presentations, demos, POCs, and technical briefings to stakeholders.
• Maintain current technical certifications and travel as needed.
