Job summary

CompuNet, Inc. is an IT solutions provider in Wisconsin, delivering consulting, design, and professional services. This role supports pre-sales activities, systems design, implementation, and end-user training across data center, virtualization, and cloud domains.

You will build BOMs, diagrams, SoWs, and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders while developing partnerships with key manufacturers and ensuring customer success.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or similar roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to build a winning strategy for our clients.
• Perform necessary Pre-Sales technical functions to create systems designs.
• Build Bill of Materials (BoM), create illustrations and diagrams and provide Statements of Work (SoW).
• Relay technical information to both technical and non-technical staff.
• Post-Sales Implementation of systems designed.
• Produce post Implementation project documentation.
• Provide proficient end-user systems administration training (post implementation) of CompuNet installed solutions.
• Develop strategic relationships with our key manufacturer Partner SE's.
