Job summary

CompuNet, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Networking Solutions Engineer to join our team serving our Big Sky market. The role supports network design, implementation, and post‑sales support across multiple western states.

You will work on designs, fault isolation, BOM creation, SOWs, and client relationships, with hands-on deployment of routers, switches, and related gear. This is a senior, client‑facing engineering position.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise LAN/WAN networks.
• Strong hands-on Cisco LAN/WAN design: L2/L3, BGP, OSPF/EIGRP, data center, wireless, VPN, QoS, MPLS.
• Proficient in IOS, IOS-XE and NX-OS.
• Experience with Cisco ISE, DNA, Meraki cloud networking.
• Excellent documentation and client-facing skills.
• CCNA Route/Switch, CCNP, or CCDP; maintain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-practice network designs and implementations for reliable, scalable solutions.
• Analyze, diagnose, and fault-isolate existing client network issues.
• Prepare proposals incl. BOM, PS Estimate, and SOW.
• Provide post-implementation docs and client handoff.
• Maintain and develop relationships with clients.
• Act as hands-on post-sales engineer for network projects.
• Install equipment and upgrades; support networking infra.
