Job summary

NorthMark Compute & Cloud leads in high‑performance computing and cloud infrastructure. The SOC Supervisor role in Spartanburg, SC, oversees day‑to‑day security operations for one or more data centre facilities, managing a guard force and critical security systems to support research and delivery.

You will drive incident response, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with Facilities and GSOC to maintain security excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in physical security operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Experience in data centre or critical infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise VMS and access control platforms.
• Experience supervising guard force personnel in a client–vendor framework.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to act under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise SOC guard personnel and ensure policy compliance.
• Act as primary escalation point for SOC incidents and events.
• Oversee CCTV, access control, alarm management, and other security systems.
• Lead drone operations program; supervise UAS deployments and training.
• Ensure SOPs, post orders, and escalation protocols are maintained and followed.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Operations, Site Management, and GSOC.
• Audit logs, support investigations, and contribute to risk assessments.
• Prepare KPI reports and participate in audits and drills.
