Job summary

NorthMark Compute & Cloud (NMC²) is seeking a vigilant SOC Supervisor to lead day-to-day security across Spartanburg data centres. You will oversee SOC personnel, manage incident response, monitor VMS and access controls, and drive drone operations while maintaining compliant security practices.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in physical security operations, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with Genetec or similar systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in physical security operations, with supervisory experience.
• Experience in data centre or critical infrastructure security environments.
• Hands-on with enterprise VMS and access control platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise SOC guard personnel and ensure policy compliance.
• Act as escalation point for incidents and operational issues.
• Oversee monitoring of physical security systems and access control across sites.
• Lead drone operations program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and enforce SOC SOPs, post orders, and escalation protocols.
• Coordinate with Facilities and GSOC for incident response and audits.
• Track and report SOC KPIs and provide leadership with updates.
