Intuitive Safety Solutions is seeking a Site Safety Manager to support a large data center construction project in New Albany, OH. This full-time onsite assignment focuses on field safety with coaching and mentoring for the workforce, starting around September 28, 2026.

The role emphasizes leading safety orientations, conducting audits, and documenting observations, while coordinating care for injured employees and using Smartsheet reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant construction safety experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite approximately 60 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Lead new-hire safety orientations and reinforce site-specific requirements.
• Conduct routine field safety audits, observations, and walks across the assigned scope.
• Complete customer-required safety observations, monthly reports, and related documentation.
• Attend internal project meetings and participate in meetings and safety walks with the general contractor.
• Continuously coach and mentor field employees on safe work practices and corrective actions.
• Manage and track required personal protective equipment for the project team.
• Report incidents promptly, conduct incident investigations, identify contributing factors, and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate appropriate care for injured employees, including use of the site medic or an off-site occupational clinic when needed.
• Use the customer's reporting platform and the contractor's internal Smartsheet tools accurately and consistently.
• Communicate emerging risks, trends, and significant safety concerns to project leadership.
