Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of construction safety management experience.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Local to the project preferred; per diem available if not local.
• OSHA 510 preferred or additional experience.
• Must have strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong field presence (90%+ of time) to monitor job site safety.
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs, inspections, and audits for OSHA and site rules.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement real-time corrective actions.
• Collaborate with superintendents, foremen, and subs to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and pre-task planning sessions.
