Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead construction activities at client sites, coordinating with the client, general contractor, and trades. The role emphasizes strong communication, proactive leadership, and adherence to Vertiv standards across project milestones.

The candidate should have deep experience in data center construction, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to drive results under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read construction drawings and update drawings.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, QA/QC, and documentation.
• Familiarity with data center construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead site activities with minimal supervision to meet milestones.
• Coordinate with client, GC, trades, and consultants across project stages.
• Manage safety documentation and site records.
• Oversee punch list, substantial completion, and final completion processes.
• Collaborate with Vertiv equipment techs and third-party teams during commissioning.
