Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee on-site activities for key accounts in data center construction. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and general contractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

This role requires strong communication, a track record of managing multiple projects, and the ability to drive progress with limited supervision on large-scale builds.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project management/construction management role with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Mastery of reading construction drawings; reading, interpreting, and updating construction project-related drawings.
• Ability to organize resources (people, tools, time) to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of current market conditions including pricing conventions and trends.
• Strong ability to lead and coordinate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to safety standards and ensure required documents are filed.
• Participate in project meetings and drive milestones; report to Vertiv Program Manager.
• Interface with Client, General Contractor, supporting trades and consultants at all stages.
• Coordinate project scheduling, ensure quality control and logistics.
• Deliver projects, inspect and document shipped integrated solutions to site.
• Collaborate with Client site operations and General Contractor throughout the project life.
