Job summary

CBRE DIRECTLINE is seeking an on-site Foreman to oversee multi-crews on data center projects in Monroe, LA. You will coordinate with field engineers, manage labor, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to safety and customer standards.

This role involves leading site activities and supporting both new deployments and live-site requests. You will liaison with Project Managers, validate materials, document lessons learned, and drive quality and efficiency across projects while maintaining

Qualifications

• Five+ years in the installation of standard cabling, rack infrastructure, and large-scale build projects.
• Ability to lead multiple crews.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project).
• Read and understand drawings/portmaps.
• Certified cabling test technician or CFTT/CFI or equivalent (BICSI/FOA).

Responsibilities

• Report to on-site Project Manager and align with schedule and directives.
• Coordinate with field engineers and trade contractors for execution of work.
• Oversee labor, productivity, and QA/QC of completed work.
• Ensure safety standards and customer rules are followed.
• Capture updates and attend weekly project meetings.
