Job summary

TikTok is seeking a DC Site Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end data center deals in the US and LATAM. You will gather market options, evaluate resources, and secure capacity to meet growing demand, while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

In this role you’ll analyze energy costs, advise on budget optimization, and support delivery with commercial aircover. LATAM experience and Portuguese language skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• Experience leading complex data center deals through due diligence to execution.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• High proficiency in Portuguese to communicate with Brazil stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate market options and secure data center capacity.
• Provide commercial aircover to delivery teams for timely capacity.
• Collaborate with legal, tax, finance, and GR for investment decisions.
• Support operational needs with commercial guidance.
• Analyze energy costs and drive budgeting optimization.
• Lead rightsizing and optimization initiatives as needed.
