Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a data center or high-security environment.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Experience with inventory management systems and shipping software.
• Forklift operator experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all shipping and receiving activities within the data center facility, ensuring accurate and timely movement of equipment and assets.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for compliance with security protocols and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery dates.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and returns with internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor shipping/receiving areas for security vulnerabilities and respond to incidents as needed.
