Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer Level 1 to safeguard personnel and assets at a Mesa data center. You will monitor CCTV, manage access control, respond to incidents, and document events with clear reports.

The role requires strong communication and a customer-service mindset. The position emphasizes vigilant security practices, collaboration with the Data Center Operations Team, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CSG or CPO certification must be obtained within 6 months of start date.
• Experience with security technologies and client-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify IDs for employees, clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems; patrol assigned posts.
• Investigate incidents and complete written reports (Shift Activity/Incident).
• Provide excellent customer service in a client-facing environment.
• Assist with Shipping & Receiving duties and emergency response when needed.
