STV Incorporated in Amarillo, Texas is seeking a Construction Manager - Shell & Core to lead field oversight of the building envelope from site development through turnover. This role requires coordinating with GCs, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure safety, schedule, and quality align with project goals.

You will manage shell activities, review drawings and specs, and work with QA/QC, MEP, and commissioning teams to resolve field issues and keep milestones on track.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive construction management on large-scale projects.
• Data center or mission-critical experience preferred.
• Experience reading drawings, specs, schedules, RFIs, submittals.
• Strong safety, QA/QC, and closeout knowledge.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day construction management and field oversight for shell/core scope.
• Oversee GC/subcontractors to meet drawings, specs, safety, and quality.
• Manage shell construction from site development through turnover.
• Monitor progress, manpower, and scheduling; identify risks and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with MEP, QA/QC, commissioning, and project controls teams.
• Lead coordination meetings, site walks, and contractor reviews.
• Ensure proper interfaces between structural, architectural, civil, and MEP scopes.
