STV Incorporated seeks a Construction Manager - Shell & Core for a large-scale data center project on site in Amarillo, TX. You will lead field oversight of shell and core activities, coordinating with GCs, design teams, and project controls to meet safety, schedule, and budget goals.

The role requires 7+ years in managing core/shell construction, a related bachelor's degree, and strong communication with multidisciplinary teams. Experience in data centers is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent relevant construction experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of progressive construction management experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or technically complex projects.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical construction is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing ground-up core and shell construction including foundations, concrete, structural steel, roofing, exterior envelope, and architectural scopes.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, constructability, scheduling, field operations, and trade coordination.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day construction management and field oversight for the project's core and shell scope, including sitework, foundations, concrete, structural steel, roofing, exterior envelope, and architectural construction.
• Oversee general contractors and trade partners to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, schedules, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Manage shell construction from early site development through structural completion, building enclosure, dry-in, and turnover to downstream trades.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower, sequencing, productivity, and overall progress against the project schedule.
• Coordinate with MEP, OFCI, commissioning, quality, safety, and project controls teams to support the data center delivery schedule.
• Identify risks and field conflicts and drive resolution with contractors.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and related information.
• Lead coordination meetings, site walks, progress reviews, and contractor meetings.
• Ensure proper coordination between structural, architectural, civil, and MEP scopes at interfaces.
