Job summary

STV is seeking a Construction Manager – Shell & Core in Fort Worth, TX, to lead field oversight for the building shell and core of a large-scale data center. You will coordinate civil, structural, architectural, and building envelope activities from site development to turnover, working with GCs, subcontractors, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/engineering/architecture or equivalent.
• 7+ years of progressive construction management on large-scale projects.
• Data center or mission-critical construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day construction management and field oversight for core/shell scope (sitework, foundations, concrete, steel, roofing, envelope, architectural).
• Oversee GC and trade partners to ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, schedule, and safety standards.
• Manage shell construction from early site development through dry-in and turnover.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower, sequencing, productivity, and progress vs. schedule.
• Coordinate with MEP, OFCI, commissioning, QA/QC, safety, and project controls to support data center delivery.
• Identify risks and field issues; drive resolution with contractors.
