Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Director, Core & Shell to lead a large-scale data center project in Haskell, Texas.

This senior Owner’s Representative role directs core and shell construction activities, manages General Contractor performance, and drives safety, schedule, cost, and risk to ensure high-quality delivery for a next-generation facility.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong core and shell construction experience on complex projects.
• Proven experience managing General Contractors on behalf of an Owner.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for core and shell construction execution across a large-scale data center project.
• Represent the Owner in engagement with General Contractors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage General Contractor performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, productivity, coordination, and risk.
• Establish and reinforce a strong site safety culture with clear expectations and leadership.
• Drive schedule execution and mitigate risks to critical milestones.
• Oversee core and shell construction activities across site development, civil, structural, architectural, building envelope, and major MEP interfaces.
• Coordinate with project leadership, design, MEP, commissioning, and other teams for successful integration.
• Lead contractor planning, issue resolution, and corrective action for project performance.
• Maintain high standards of construction quality per design documents and Owner standards.
• Monitor cost performance, changes, schedule impacts, and construction risks.
