Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions is seeking a Construction Director, Core & Shell for a large-scale data center program in Haskell, TX. The role requires senior Owner’s Representative leadership to direct core and shell construction and manage contractor performance on behalf of the Owner.

The position oversees safety, quality, schedule, cost, risk, and site execution while ensuring successful delivery of major building scopes and integration with design and MEP teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large scale data centers or mission critical facilities.
• Strong core and shell construction experience on complex projects.
• Proven experience managing General Contractors on behalf of an Owner.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for core and shell construction execution on a large data center project.
• Represent the Owner in engagement with General Contractors and key stakeholders.
• Manage GC performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, productivity and risk.
• Establish a strong site safety culture with clear expectations and accountability.
• Drive schedule discipline and mitigate risks to critical milestones.
• Oversee site development, civil, structural, architectural, and major MEP scopes.
• Coordinate with design, MEP, commissioning and other project teams for integration.
• Lead contractor planning, issue resolution, and recovery planning when needed.
• Maintain high construction quality and compliance with specifications and Owner standards.
• Provide executive level reporting on progress, performance, and risks.
