Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Data Center Service Manager at our Monroe, LA site to lead data center technicians, ensure startup and warranty support, and mentor field teams. You will oversee onboarding, safety, and provisioning of devices while promoting a culture of excellence and customer focus.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of improving reliability and safety in industrial HVAC environments. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in commercial HVAC and/or mechanical service operations, industrial equipment service, or other field service environments.
• 3+ years’ experience managing and/or training field service teams, including union technicians.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer-facing representative and uphold the Carrier brand.
• Lead the hiring and onboarding of local Data Center technicians, including safety orientation and provisioning of equipment.
• Coordinate with master scheduler to meet staffing needs and maintain safety culture.
