Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor - Data Center to oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training for the client site, ensuring contract compliance and quality of service. The role emphasizes cost control and operational excellence within a collaborative environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of supervisory security experience, and the ability to obtain required licenses.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance through regular inspections.
• Perform payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions or commendations.
