Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license per policy.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed) age requirement.
• May require licensing depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and maintain access/incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm, clear communication to site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of data center campus, building interiors, exteriors, and loading areas.
• Support a professional, controlled environment for tech operations by following post orders and assisting visitor flow.
