Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Data Center Security Officer in Goodyear, AZ. The role involves unarmed patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, and coordination during incidents.

You will help deter threats and ensure site safety. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, CPR certification or ability to obtain it, and 2+ years of security experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain it.
• 2+ years of physical security experience in last 5 years.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional level customer service while following safety and security procedures.
• Efficiently handle emergencies and provide safety and direction.
• Respond to events by phone, radio or in person.
• Document routine and unusual events with shift reports and logs.
• Support data center operations during weather or infrastructure disruptions.
• Patrol the premises on foot and by vehicle.
• Confirm sign-in, badge access, and compliance for entrants.
• Escort visitors to prevent unauthorized access.
