Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Security Officer Level 1 to join a site security team. Under the Security Supervisor, you will manage access control, monitor CCTV systems, respond to incidents, and complete written reports to protect personnel and property.

This role requires excellent communication, a client-facing demeanor, and the ability to work a night/overnight schedule. A high school diploma and one year of security experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Active security certifications (CSG or CPO) within six months of hire.
• At least 1 year of security experience, preferably in data centers.

Responsibilities

• Control access for employees, clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV and other security technologies; report incidents.
• Prepare concise shift and incident reports; support shipping & receiving as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with local responders.
