NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer Level 1 to support on-site security at our Mesa, AZ data center.

Under the Security Supervisor, you will manage access control, monitor CCTV, respond to incidents, and complete written reports while collaborating with the DCOPS and shipping/receiving teams. You will uphold security procedures, communicate clearly with clients and staff, and maintain a safe, professional environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; security-related coursework a plus.
• 1 year in a security role or equivalent experience.
• Active security certifications (CSG/CPO) required within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Verify identification for employees, clients, vendors and visitors.
• Patrol posts on foot, observe for unusual activity and maintain security.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems; respond to incidents.
• Prepare concise written reports including shift logs and incident reports.
• Assist with Shipping & Receiving tasks when needed.
• Coordinate with local emergency services during incidents.
