Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Data Center Security Officer to perform unarmed patrols, monitor CCTV and alarms, and control access at our Goodyear, AZ location.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, CPR certification, and 2+ years of physical security experience. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential; familiarity with data centers is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and CPR certification.
• Proficient in reporting and documentation of security events.
• Ability to speak/read/write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional level customer service while enforcing safety and site policies.
• Respond to emergencies with safety guidance.
• Answer events via in-person, phone, or radio and document them.
• Document incidents and shift reports accurately.
• Support data center security during outages or severe weather.
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols around the facility.
• Manage entry by badge checks and access codes.
• Escort visitors and deter unauthorized intrusion.
