Amazon seeks a Data Center Security Specialist to drive operational security in multiple facilities. You will analyze data, generate insightful reports, and automate dashboards to track KPIs across physical security operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with program managers and vendors to close security gaps quickly. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working with SQL, SAS, and BI tools, and capable of producing clear presentations for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience creating analytical reports and KPIs to measure process performance.
• Ability to extract insights from data and present recommendations clearly.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define and document analytical reporting needs from business teams.
• Act as liaison between program managers, analysts and experts to design KPIs.
• Consolidate data into dashboards and reports to inform decisions.
• Mine data warehouses to fetch data and prepare statistical reports.
• Automate report generation with SQL, SAS and advanced Excel techniques.
• Deploy dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI or similar tools.
• Track changes in specifications to measure KPI impact.
• Write procedures for reporting processes and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes via root-cause analysis.
• Participate in studies to determine feasibility and resolve problems.
