Responsibilities

• Identify and document analytical reporting needs with business teams.
• Design KPIs with program managers and analysts to measure performance.
• Consolidate data into insightful reports for decision-making.
• Mine data warehouses to prepare statistical reports and dashboards.
• Automate report generation using SQL, SAS, and Excel.
• Create dashboards using Tableau, DataZen, Power BI.
• Document changes to specifications and train users.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes via root cause analysis.
• Participate in studies to resolve organizational and procedural problems.
