Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Data Center Security Installation Project Manager to lead a data center security installation at the Burlington, Texas site.

This role requires strong project leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination with engineers, contractors, and security teams. You will oversee financials, schedules, and safety, ensuring on-time completion while aligning with our SES unit's standards and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Supervise Construction Project Managers and perform PM duties on construction projects.
• Maintain operational and administrative control for construction projects. Extensive Project Management experience managing teams and monitoring multiple projects.
• Experienced in up-front project involvement with engineering firms, the client, and General Contractors.
• Proven track record of successful projects across multi-discipline scopes (Fire Alarm, Communications, Security, AV, Power, Instrumentation).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Can direct cross function teams to reach mutual agreement to meet business objectives.
• Able to work in a diverse environment with varied backgrounds.
• Strong analytical thinking to evaluate options and directions.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Can facilitate change and communicate effectively.
• Able to think abstractly, in short and long term planning.

We are seeking a Data Center Security Installation Project Manager (Project Leader 1) to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business Unit. As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.

A Data Center Security Installation Project Manager is responsible for overall administration, organization, and implementation of large data center electronic security installation projects.

The data center is located in Burlington, Texas.

*Position is located at the construction project site*

Essential Responsibilities and Activities Include but are Not Limited to:

• Responsible for the overall financial management of the project(s).
