STV is seeking a Scheduler in the Project Controls Department for our Dulles, VA office to support large-scale data center development, construction, and commissioning programs. The role develops and maintains detailed CPM schedules and integrates engineering, procurement, and construction milestones, collaborating with project teams and clients nationwide.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of scheduling experience, strong CPM knowledge, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–7 years of scheduling experience supporting construction or capital programs.
• Strong CPM scheduling principles and analysis methods.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex schedules with multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to produce dashboards/reports.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain detailed CPM schedules for data center design, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Create integrated master schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and startup milestones.
• Update schedules using progress information from project teams, contractors, and field personnel.
• Monitor schedule performance and impacts on milestones and completion dates.
• Maintain schedule logic, resource loading, calendars, and coding structures per project requirements.
• Perform critical path, near-critical path, float, and schedule risk analyses.
• Evaluate schedule changes, delays, and recovery opportunities.
• Prepare schedule performance reports, dashboards, narratives, and executive summaries.
• Communicate schedule trends, risks, and recommendations to teams and clients.
• Collaborate with cost engineers and field teams to align cost and schedule data.
