Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Project Scheduler to support data center and large-scale construction projects across the US. The role requires 5+ years in CPM scheduling (Primavera P6) and strong Excel skills, with the ability to develop baselines, run what-if analyses, and lead update meetings.

You will coordinate with design, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams, perform site walks, and deliver regular reporting to the project team in a fast‑paced, safety‑sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of CPM scheduling experience using Primavera P6.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and detail‑oriented with good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains project schedules using design documents, contracts, and specs.
• Integrates design deliverables, assesses design risk, and sequences work.
• Collaborates with materials management to align deliveries with schedules.
• Conducts schedule updates and pull planning sessions with the team.
• Identifies risks and opportunities and communicates them clearly.
