Job summary

STV Incorporated in Dulles, VA is seeking a Scheduler to join our Project Controls Department to support large-scale data center development, construction, and commissioning programs for hyperscale and mission-critical facilities.

The Scheduler will develop and maintain CPM schedules, perform schedule risk analyses, and collaborate with project managers, cost engineers, and field teams to drive on-time delivery and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years scheduling experience in construction/capital projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 required.
• Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and schedule risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules for data center design, construction, commissioning, and turnover activities.
• Perform critical path, near-critical path, float, and schedule risk analyses; provide recovery options.
• Collaborate with project managers, cost engineers, and field teams to align cost and schedule information; support EVM and reporting.
• Support identification and tracking of risks and changes; contribute to schedule recovery planning.
