Job summary

CBRE | DIRECTLINE is seeking a Safety Manager to lead injury prevention and safety program management across data center projects. You will conduct site assessments, inspections, and safety trainings while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

The role requires at least 7 years in construction safety with OSHA 30 and CHST/STS-C certifications, plus strong leadership and communication skills for coaching teams to safe behaviors.

Qualifications

• BS degree or 7–10 years of related experience and at least 3 years in a managing leadership capacity.
• Minimum 7 years in construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 Construction required.
• STS-C or CHST are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer accident prevention programs for projects and the company.
• Develop and facilitate safety training programs.
• Conduct work area assessments and jobsite inspections.
• Implement safety programs meeting company standards.
• Coordinate safety meetings and trainings for effective communication.
• Support regulatory inspections and investigations for compliance.
