Job summary

CBRE is seeking an HSE Manager to lead safety on the job site, ensuring compliance with OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, and client requirements. The role reports to the HSE Program Manager and focuses on hazard mitigation, incident prevention, and training.

You will implement safety programs, conduct audits, coordinate with project teams, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement in site safety performance. Strong leadership and communication are essential in this role based in Sparks, NV.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety experience in construction or industrial settings.
• OSHA #500 or 502 Trainer Certification.
• Ability to teach in front of an audience.
• Fall protection, MEWP, and electrical safety knowledge.
• Experience as a Safety Manager leading safety professionals.
• Data Center safety experience and safety-management knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CHST, CSP or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement safety policies, procedures, and programs at the job site.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and client safety requirements.
• Conduct site audits and inspections to identify hazards.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
