The role emphasizes OSHA compliance, incident investigation, and risk management on complex, high-stakes builds. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction health and safety, relevant certifications, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction health and safety.
• Knowledge of Federal and State safety regulations and local building codes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Safety preferred but not required.
• Qualified OSHA Construction Industry Outreach Trainer.
• Professional CSHT credential.
• Demonstrated leadership with construction and safety technologies and practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, enforce and improve safety programs and practices.
• Foster a strong safety culture among project teams and partners.
• Mentor Safety Managers and coordinate with regional risk managers.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and applicable safety standards.
• Review and approve site safety plans and pre-task analyses.
• Investigate incidents and lead root-cause analysis.
