Job summary

ERM is hiring Safety Coordinators (day shift & night shift) onsite at a key technology client’s Data Center construction project in Waddell, Arizona. This full-time, limited-term role supports implementing the EH&S program and Site-specified Safety Plan across a large site or multiple smaller sites.

Responsibilities include hazard identification, safety documentation, onboarding of subcontractors, daily site observations, training, incident investigations, and leadership of safety huddles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Environmental Health and Science, or 3+ years of safety experience.
• Experience with safety software and OSHA/WISHA rules preferred.
• Ability to identify hazards and mitigate safety risks.
• Strong communication and leadership for safety trainings.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of EH&S program and Site-specified Safety Plan on a large site or multiple sites.
• Provide training, mentoring and coaching for Safety Representatives.
• Lead safety audits and document observations and corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate with Safety Director and stakeholders.
• Develop site safety plans, task hazard analyses and ensure subcontractor compliance.
