Job summary

The Safety Supervisor will develop and manage accident prevention efforts, lead trainings, conduct audits, and support regulatory inspections to ensure a safe work environment.

The role requires 3+ years HSE experience, relevant BCSP certifications, and strong communication skills to influence field personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dedicated HSE experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or BCSP certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report writing.
• Ability to work independently and influence behaviors.
• Experience with union workforce desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer accident prevention efforts.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs.
• Conduct work area assessments and inspections.
• Lead safety meetings and coordinate trainings.
• Support incident investigations and regulatory inspections.
• Assist with job hazard analyses and corrective actions.
