Job summary

CBRE | DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, is seeking an HSE Manager to lead safety on active job sites in Arkansas. You will implement safety programs, ensure regulatory and client compliance, and drive incident investigations to prevent recurrence.

Lead audits and JHA reviews, develop SSHSPs and PTPs, and coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to maintain a strong safety culture in critical data center environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of safety experience in construction or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce safety policies and programs at the job site.
• Ensure OSHA regulations and client safety requirements are met.
• Conduct site audits, identify hazards, and verify compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain SSHSP, JHAs, and Pre-Task Plans, and coordinate with contractors.
