Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction Safety Manager for the DCPD Health and Safety program.

This field-based role supports AWS data center planning and delivery, partnering with Real Estate, Permitting, Construction teams, and external vendors to drive H&S compliance and safety culture. The position requires extensive construction H&S experience, coordination across multiple teams, and travel to field sites, including Texas, with a strong focus on risk reduction and data-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
5+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
8+ years of construction health & safety on active projects.
4+ years leading EHS programs on construction projects.
CHST certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Influence program development, framework, and strategy while deploying programs in the field.
Ensure construction activities meet jurisdictional requirements and SMP standards.
Audit projects and monitor H&S compliance with contractors and vendors.
Coordinate with DCPD managers to prioritize H&S in planning and execution.
Lead site visits and H&S kickoff sessions with teams.
