Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a safety leader to act as the on-site point of contact for health, safety, and environmental matters at the RPL Data Center. You will collaborate with Meta EH&S teams to ensure alignment with standards and regulatory requirements, lead incident investigations, and drive corrective actions.

The role includes developing safety metrics, conducting audits, and supporting emergency planning.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating health, safety, and environmental matters in complex facilities.
• Ability to collaborate with EH&S teams to align with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong skills in reporting, root-cause analysis, and CAPA execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site point of contact for health, safety, and environmental matters at the RPL Data Center.
• Lead incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions with root-cause analysis.
• Develop and communicate safety metrics, dashboards, and compliance reports to leadership.
• Support emergency preparedness, drills, evacuation procedures, and incident response.
• Promote safety culture through training, toolbox talks, and engagement campaigns.
• Coordinate with operational, engineering, facilities, and contractor teams to integrate safety into daily work.
