Qualifications

• 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory role with 5+ direct reports.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical or mechanical systems.
• 3+ years of administrative experience including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center’s critical physical infrastructure and ensure quality work without impacting customers.
• Manage 24x7 engineering technicians and guide their career development.
• Lead improvement projects and coordinate with support teams to drive concepts to completion.
• Coordinate daily with third‑party vendors to meet contracted SLAs.
• Effectively manage operations budgets and expenditures.
• Routinely act as after‑hour on‑call Data Center Facility Manager for regional data centers.
