Job summary

You will ensure high-quality work without impacting customers, manage a 24x7 engineering team, and drive improvements from concept to completion. Qualifications

• 2+ years in a managerial/supervisory role with 5+ direct reports.
• 3+ years of experience with industrial electrical or mechanical systems.
• 3+ years of administrative experience including Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure.
• Manage teams of 24x7 engineering technicians in all facets of their career.
• Engage in improvement projects and drive them from conception to completion.
• Coordinate daily with third-party vendors ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Effectively and efficiently manage the operations budget and expenditures.
• Routinely operate as the after-hour Data Center Facility Manager for the data centers in the region.
