CoreSite, LLC is seeking a Critical Operations Engineer II to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mission-critical electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems in our Santa Clara data center. You will collaborate with technicians, vendors, and customers to drive operational excellence and resolve issues efficiently. This role offers a daytime shift and opportunities to mentor junior staff, while upholding safety standards and processes.
Qualifications
2–5 years of data center experience in electrical and mechanical systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-availability environments.
Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot critical electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems.
Perform facility inspections and document findings.
Track, trend, and analyze system performance using CMMS.
Provide advanced remote hands and manage trouble tickets and incidents.
Lead administrative activities across CMMS, ticketing, and monitoring.
