Daikin Applied, the world’s largest HVAC company, is seeking a Regional Project Manager - Data Centers to lead data center projects in the Denver area. You will manage planning, scheduling, budgets, and customer relations across multiple sites with significant travel in the West region.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in HVAC/Data Center project management, a related Bachelor's degree, and the flexibility to travel 50–75%.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in commercial HVAC and/or data centers.
• Bachelor's degree in a relatable field.
• Ability to work on construction sites to support installation and startup of HVAC systems.
• Experience with new construction mechanicals, chiller installation and commissioning.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of data center projects from planning through warranty and maintenance.
• Manages project budgets, cost and cash-flow with forecast accuracy.
• Develops detailed project plans, staffing strategies, and schedules.
• Ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and change management.
• Maintains strong customer and contractor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
